1.) REGISTER - a PETEY'S NEW CLIENT PROFILE
This includes your contact information and basic details about your service needs. Once approved you will complete your Pet's Profile (attach vaccinations, include current medications and bedtime routines)
2.) REQUEST - your CONSULTATION with a PETEY'S Care Team Manager
We will review your preferred entry method and arrange to collect two tested keys.
Please review the following to ensure you are prepared to meet your Pet Care Professional.
Time to Pet Profile – Each new client must complete a secure online profile prior to scheduling a New Client Meeting.
Our Manager will review your profile with you in detail during your meeting.
Home Entry – We require all clients have two keys ready for the New Client Meeting. We test each key and review your preferred home entry method and alarm system with you in detail. We also require that each client provide a secondary entry method. Please review our key policies for additional information.
We will spend time answering all of your questions and spending some time getting to know your pet’s routine. New client meetings are always scheduled for 45 minutes to allow plenty of time.
Communication - All communication between client and PETEY'S Team Members is sent and received through a secure client portal.
3.) RESERVE - services, review confirmation and submit payment to confirm reservation.
VISITS / WALKS: For standard rates, it is preferred WALKS be booked at least 72 hours in advance of the requested day of service.
STAYS: For standard rates, all STAY (overnight) reservations should be booked as soon as possible (for example: as soon as flight arrangements have been made) availability is limited and we do book full.
4.) RELAX - we offer more than pet care services; we offer peace of mind - we will be in touch in pics and messages!
